Cirencester: North Cerney C of E Primary School, North Cerney, part compliance with conditions 3 and 5, erection of replacement single storey extensions to side and rear elevations, formation of amphitheatre and remodelling rear steps and retaining walls; 28 Tower Street, compliance with conditions 4 of applications 16/04816/FUL and 16/04817/LBC, removal of a boundary wall, gate and reinstatement of existing stone work and new railings; Bartonbury Glen, Stroud Road, lime (T1) – reduce by approximately 50 per cent to a single stem, replant another lime on site to replace this tree if it dies in the future, yew (T3) – fell replant with one yew tree in a more suitable position on the site; 23 Roberts Close, Stratton, walnut (T1) – raise up low branches to four metres, reduce branches over conservatory by two metres, walnut (T2) – reduce height by three metres and shape in sides by 1.5metres; 21 Main Street, Coln St Aldwyns, removal of rotten apple tree; Mill House, Cotswold Mill, Lewis Lane, loft conversion to include staircase and landing, installation of four conservation roof windows to the north-west elevation and reinstatement of original second floor window to the north-east elevation; Lumley St Aubyn Insurance Services Ltd, South Way House, South Way, extensions and alterations to provide additional (class B1) office accommodation and three residential apartments, compliance with conditions 3, 4, 6, 10, 11, 12 and 13.

Fairford: The Close, The Croft, non-material amendment to 16/04343/FUL for the removal of four approved windows, one rooflight and the addition of a new window to east elevation.

Kemble: The Limes, Church Road, holm oak (T1) – crown reduction of circa 1.5metres top height and circa 2-2.5metres radial spread, thinning of remaining crown by circa 20-25 per cent.

Lechlade: Maple House, Market Place, western red cedar (T1) – fell, horse chestnut (T2) – prune to reduce by 30-40 per cent to previous pruning points.

Moreton-in-Marsh: Land adjacent to Fosse Lodge, Stratford Road, redevelopment of former scrapyard for residential development.

Somerford Keynes: North east Minety lake, Lower Mill Estate, non-material amendment to application 15/02513/FUL for reduction of window size to bedroom one, windows to bedroom two en-suite amended to suit internal layout, appearance of rooflights changed, chimney flue moved internally until roof level.
