TWO dog-friendly gardens in the Cotswolds will be open for the National Gardens Scheme.
The Coach House Garden in Ampney Crucis, GL7 5RY was created over the last three decades.
The structured, tightly designed garden of one and a half acres is divided into a series of rooms which include rill, rose and gravel gardens, herbaceous borders and a pleached lime allee and potager.
Visitors and dogs are welcome from April to July in groups of 10 or more. For more details, go to: www.thegenerousgardener.co.uk.
In Tetbury, at Beverston Castle, GL8 8TU, dogs can feel at home in a terraced garden overlooked by a ruined castle.
The garden is open on Sunday, April 2 from 2pm to 5.30pm and on Sunday, June 11.
