WATERMOOR Community Group were given plants and shrubs by Dobbies garden centre in Cirencester to enhance the area.
The shrubs were planted by volunteers from the group and Cirencester Town Council.
Jenny Hincks, chair of the group, thanked Dobbies community champion Annabel Lewis: “This area at Watermoor was looking sad and neglected a few years ago, but by the efforts of volunteers, CTC and local businesses, and now with the kind donation from Dobbies it will look even better especially in the summer when all the plants will be in flower.”
Annabel added: “As part of our ‘helping the community’ campaign we are delighted to help and it was chosen because of the positive impact it has on the community.”
