Santa Claus launches new showhome in Alderton

UPMARKET housebuilder CALA Homes is launching a brand new showhome at its Alder Green development in Alderton with a special visit from Santa Claus on Saturday, December 3.

The new development on Willow Bank Road is a collection of two, three, four and five-bedroom homes located on the edge of the picturesque Cotswold village.

Visitors to the launch event will have the opportunity to find out more about the homes on offer and view the development’s stunning new four-bedroom showhome.

Children will also have the chance to meet Santa between 2pm and 4pm with each receiving a special festive gift.

Interested purchasers will also be able to learn more about CALA’s 100 per cent Part Exchange Service.

The scheme offers buyers the opportunity to secure their brand new home without the headache of selling their existing property on the open market, giving peace of mind and a hassle-free move.

Gill Sabin, sales and marketing director for CALA Homes Midlands, said: “We are delighted to be opening our new showhome at Alder Green. This stunning new development brings contemporary CALA living to the beautiful Gloucestershire countryside.

Alderton is a rural haven for families, downsizers and commuters alike, with plenty of amenities, good schools and commuter links close by.

“We’ll be getting well and truly into the festive spirit at our launch event and look forward to welcoming interested purchasers and their children.”

Alderton offers a good range of amenities, including a Post Office, village store, primary school, playing fields, church, pub and cricket club.

There are also allotments available for the local community.

The village offers rural living with good commuter links.

It is well-connected with easy access to the M5 Junction 9, as well as the B4077 and A46 offering links to Evesham and Tewskesbury.
