A POP-UP shop has been opened at the old site of Jungle boutique on Brewery Court, to remain over the Christmas period.
Leigh Chapman, co-director of Jungle, came up with the concept of the new temporary store, intothewoodZ, which is a celebration of Cirencester and Thailand, to be run by his friend Harry Weinberg.
“There are trade links between the Cirencester area and Northern Thailand that many people don’t know about,” said Leigh.
The shop will feature wood art and furniture, as well as gift items and ‘the first coffee imported from the Shan State in Burma, freshly roasted in Cirencester’.
Meanwhile, the new Jungle, on Black Jack Street, is to be officially opened at 5pm on Thursday (December 1) by mayor Mark Harris.
