WRAP up warm and head to one of Gloucestershire and Wiltshire’s spectacular firework displays this weekend.

Here is our guide to the festivities across both counties:

  • ASHTON KEYNES: Fireworks, fun and more at Bradstone Playing Fields, Ashton Keynes, on Saturday, November 5. In addition to a fireworks display The Barking Chickens will also be performing and there will be a bar and BBQ.

Admission charges in advance are £17 family (two adults and up to three children), £6 adult, £4 child. Under 3’s free. On the gate price £8 adult, £6 child, £20 family.

Tickets in advance from Ashton Keynes Primary School office, village shop or CB Slade.

Gates open at 4.30 pm. Fireworks at 6.30pm.

  • CIRENCESTER: A welcome return to the Victoria Road Playing Fields, Victoria Road, Cirencester for the town’s bonfire and fireworks display on Saturday, November 5.

Organisers Cirencester Roundtable have planned additional attractions such as small fairground rides, inflatable slides, face painting, and a food tent. All monies raised are distributed back to local charities.

Admission charges are adults £7 (in advance), £8 (on the gate), child (16 and under), student & OAPs: £4 (in advance) £5 (on the gate).

Family (two adults, two children): £17 (in advance) £20 (on the gate). Under fives free.

  • KEMBLE: Kemble Primary school parents group are organising a firework night and bonfire in the school grounds on Saturday, November 5.

Discounted tickets from the school office/village shop in advance or pay on the night. Hot and cold refreshments and bar.

Admission charges are £6 adults, £4 children, £16 for a family on the gate; £5, £3 for children, £14 for a family in advance.

Gates open at 5.30pm.

  • MALMESBURY: An evening of fireworks, frivolity and family fun on Saturday, November 5, at St Aldhelms Mead.

Admission charges are £5 adult, £2 child, family for up to 3 children, £12.

Bonfire lit at 6.30pm, with fireworks starting at 7pm.

  • MINETY: Fireworks and bonfire at Minety Playing Fields on Sunday, November 6.

There will be a bar and refreshments.

Admission charges are £4 for adults, and £1 for under-12s.

Bonfire lit at 6.30pm.

  • MISERDEN: Firework display in Miserden Village on Sunday, November 6 in the field opposite the entrance to Lypiatt Farm (GL6 7JA). Hot dogs, mulled wine and hot chocolate.

Admission charges are adults £5, children £2.

Gates open at 5pm.

  • SHERSTON: Bonfire and firework display on November 5 at Lower Farm, Easton Town. BBQ, hot soup and soft drinks.

Admission charges are £6 per adult and £3.50 per child on the gate, or £15 for an advance family ticket for two adults and up to three children.

  • STOW-ON-THE-WOLD: Fireworks and bonfire event in QEII Field, Stow-on-the-Wold on Friday, November 4. Families can look forward to a sizzling pig roast, bar, funfair rides, and more, in addition to a roaring bonfire and spectacular fireworks display.

Admission is Free Gates open at 6pm.

  • TETBURY: Fireworks and bonfire organised by the Rotary Club of the South Cotswolds at Sir William Romney’s School, Lowfield Road on Saturday, November 5. The annual family event with a blazing bonfire and spectacular fireworks display.

Admission charges are £5, £3 for concessions and children.
