Uhlsport Hellenic League Round-Up
Buildbase FA Vase
HIGHWORTH Town are among the local Hellenic teams in the hat for the next round draw of the Buildbase FA Vase.
An Ashley Edenborough hat-trick (28, 84, and 86 (p) minutes) and one from Keiron Gleed (42) saw them progress after a 4-0 win over Bashley.
Fairford Town came away from Fleet Spurs with a 1-3 success. Lee Smith (42), Jack Ellis (77) and Josh Morse (89) were on target for Fairford.
Strikes from Steve Robertson (37) and Steve Yeardley (78) were not enough to get Royal Wootton Bassett through in the all-Hellenic clash with Thame United.
Thame scored four at Bassett through Andy Gledhill (8 & 17) in the first half, and Lynton Goss (60 & 87) in the second.
