FANCY having your photo on Cotswold MP Geoffrey Clifton-Brown’s Christmas card?

Mr Clifton-Brown has launched a photo competition to select the best picture for his Christmas card, which will be circulated among his mailing list, this year.

The photo must be taken by a constituent in the Cotswolds constituency and must contain a Christmas or winter theme, but it should not contain people.

Entries will be judged by Mr Clifton-Brown and his team, and a decision will be made on October 14.

The winner will receive £50, plus a special extra prize if the winner is under 16.

Mr Clifton-Brown said: “I am very happy to announce that my parliamentary Christmas card will contain a photograph taken by one of my constituents.

“This is an excellent chance to showcase the beauty of The Cotswolds in the winter and gives all ages a chance to exercise their photography skills.

“I greatly look forward to the difficult task of selecting the winning photograph and I am sure it will be a Christmas card to remember.”

To enter, send your photo to ann.yip@wiltsglosstandard.co.uk, or post it to Geoffrey Clifton-Brown photo competition, Wilts and Glos Standard, 74 Dyer Street, Cirencester, Gloucestershire GL7 2PW.

Include your full name, home address, daytime telephone number and email. Entries must be received by October 12, noon.

If you are sending your entry by post, please ensure it arrives before the deadline, or pop it through our door before the deadline.
