A COMPLIANCE order, relating to a 120-home development in Fairford, has been issued by Cotswold District Council (CDC).
Bovis Homes' plans to build on a land parcel west of Cinder Lane, with the development to include affordable housing, as well as community facilities, was granted in July 2014.
The order, relating to compliance with condition 27 (affordable housing) was issued on Tuesday, September 13.
