THERE will be a meeting to discuss why an application to build 39 houses in Ashton Keynes should be rejected.
The proposed development on Mill Fields is lodged with Wiltshire County Council and will be providing car parking and drop off for the local school.
The land is currently pasture land and is bounded by the infant Thames to the north, Ashton Keynes School to the east and Gosditch to the south. It is a greenfield site in a conservation area and outside the village settlement boundary.
The meeting will take place in Ashton Keynes Village Hall on Thursday, September 8 at 8pm.
The application number is 16/07440/FUL.
