A DAIRY in Brinkworth has once again proved it’s the cream of the farming crop, after being nominated for two national food awards.
Brinkworth Dairy has been shortlisted as the Best Artisan Producer in the Great British Cheese Awards and for their unsalted butter in the Great British Food Awards.
The Best Artisan Producer award recognises, celebrates and rewards the best of British cheese produced and distributed by the independent cheesemakers and retailers.
The standards for entries in the competitions is always high and Ceri Cryer, of Brinkworth Dairy, said it is an “honour” to be nominated.
“This award is from nominations from the general public which is something to be celebrated and proud about,” she said.
“Our fate at the Great British Cheese Awards is in your hands as people need to go online and vote for us if we are to win.”
