NOTICE IS GIVEN that all creditors and others having any claims against or claiming to be beneficially interested in the estate of PETER HOWLAND of Little Shaldon, 24A Down Ampney, Cirencester,
GL7 5QS, who died on the 17th April 2016 and whose will appointed Stephen Peacock of 38 Coltsfoot Drive, Weavering, Maidstone, Kent ME14 5FP and Helen Mary Neal of 26 Pettyfields Close, Knowle, Solihull, West Midlands B93 9EG, to be the executors are required to send particulars in writing of their claim to the executors before 31st August 2016 after which date the executors will proceed to distribute the assets of the deceased among the persons entitled to them having regard only to the claims of which they have had notice and shall not be liable for the assets of the deceased or any part of them so distributed toanyperson or persons of whose claims or demands they have not had notice.
