AN artist who has exhibited his work across the globe has collaborated with some famous faces for his latest piece, entitled Royal Love.

Teddy M has been marked for stardom by GQ magazine after being named as an ‘artist to watch’ and worked alongside princesses Beatrice and Eugenie, as well as their mother the Duchess of York, Sarah Ferguson, on the eye-catching piece.

The artwork will be auctioned on Thursday, June 30 in London in aid of the charity Children in Crisis which aims to improve access to education for the young people who need it most.

Teddy M, who lives near Bibury, worked with the princesses at their royal lodge in Berkshire and encouraged them to be as creative as possible on the design, as well as writing their own personal messages on the canvas.

He said he was proud to help create the first piece of ‘royal graffiti.’ He added that the princesses as well as the Duchess of York were a real pleasure to work with throughout the day.

Children in Crisis was formed in 1993 by the Duchess of York and educates children in some of the world’s poorest countries.

Recently it has worked in Liberia, Afghanistan and Sierra Leone.

To date the charity has helped to educate more than 1.4m children, as well as training 18,000 teachers and building 57 schools.
