The Big Feastival has announced its inspiring Healthy Living Zone line up featuring master classes led by experts from the worlds of wellbeing and healthy eating.

The event, hosted by Jamie Oliver and and former Blur frontman Alex James, will take place over the weekend of August 26-28 on Alex’s Cotswold farm in Kingham.

Now in its second year, the area features two designated stations, The Wellness Kitchen and The Action Station, to present a programme teeming with interactive Q&A’s, energising workouts and inspirational talks to give revellers food for thought across the weekend.

Feastival-goers will be encouraged to expand their knowledge about enjoying a balanced lifestyle with sessions in The Wellness Kitchen from the likes of best-selling author Amelia Freer (Eat.Nourish.Glow) and model and nutritional therapist Rosemary Ferguson.

Also joining the star-studded Healthy Living Zone line up is author and nutritionist Madeleine Shaw, TV presenter Fearne Cotton, who’s first cookbook (Cook Happy Cook Healthy) is out in June, and chef and author Gizzi Erskine who advocates balanced living over foodie fads.

Dishing up healthy cooking tips and techniques in The Wellness Kitchen will be Michelin-star chefs Raymond Blanc and Nathan Outlaw, Masterchef winner and Wahaca founder Thomasina Miers, Honestly Healthy author Natasha Corrett and co-creator of healthy fast food chain LEON, Henry Dimbleby.

Foraging experts Hunter Gather Cook will return once again to stir up delicious Wild Cocktails with hedgerow infusions as part of a mixology masterclass in using foraged ingredients.

Inspiring seminars from Punch Foods’ Alexandra Dudley and Nina Food’s Antonina Parker are also on the menu whilst skincare specialists Kiehl’s and Liha Beauty will host hands-on master classes.

For a little refreshment - Teapigs will be on hand to highlight the benefits of brewing the perfect cup of tea whilst The Pressery will serve up their tips for a healthy and balanced lifestyle.

And the local, organic Daylesford Farm will be rocking up to share their vision of Eat To Be Healthy.
