Cirencester man fined for trying to steal chain hoist from Lidl
A CIRENCESTER man was fined this morning for try to sneak out with a chain hoist from Lidl.
The 37-year-old was given a £90 penalty notice for trying to steal the £30 item at around 9.30am today.
The man tried to leave the store but was detained by staff in the carpark.
