A MAN has been struck by a car on A419 Stroud Road near Cirencester College.
Police were called to the scene near the junction with A429 Tetbury Road at 2.35pm today (February 11) after reports that a man had been knocked down by a black Renault Clio.
Ambulances are currently in attendance and traffic is slow.
Police confirmed that the elderly pedestrian had been hit by a car and was taken to hospital in Swindon with minor injuries.
