DEMENTIA sufferers and their carers took part in an afternoon singsong at Cirencester Parish Church.
More than 60 people joined in the event on Friday, October 2, which saw the group singing, playing instruments and enjoying each other’s company.
The day was organised by Mindsong, a Gloucestershire charity that uses music as a kind of therapy, particularly for those with mid to late-stage dementia.
Mindsong is hoping to develop a regular singing group at one of the local care homes in Cirencester and is looking for volunteers to help.
