A CHELTENHAM man was arrested for outraging public decency after a 23-year-old woman caught him trying to film up her skirt while she was using a cash point.
The woman, from Chalford, near Stroud turned round after she felt the 48-year-old man standing unusually close as she attempted to withdraw cash from a machine in Cricklade Street, Cirencester on Tuesday, April 17 at around 1.30pm.
The man had placed a bag with a camera pointing upwards on the floor just behind her.
The victim grabbed the bag and struggled with the man until police arrived and arrested him.
Officers are investigating how many other people might have been filmed and the man is due appear at Stroud Police Station on June 7.
