Cheltenham Magistrates Court
SOUTH Cerney man Jason Birchall pleaded guilty to outraging public decency at Cheltenham Magistrates Court today.
Birchall, 27, was seen masturbating in his car in Beverstone Road, South Cerney, on May 14 at around 10.20pm.
Sentencing of Birchall, of Broadway Lane, has been adjourned until July 23 so a pre-sentence report can be put together.
