South Cerney man is accused of masturbating inside car in full view of passers by
SOUTH Cerney man Jason Birchall, 27, will face two charges of outraging public decency at Cheltenham Magistrates Court on Wednesday, July 1.
Mr Birchall, of Broadway Lane, is accused of masturbating in a silver BMW 330i car in full view of passers-by in North Home Road, Cirencester between 7am and 8am on Friday May 15.
It is also alleged that on May 14 between 10pm and 10.10pm, Mr Birchall masturbated in full view of passers-by in a silver BMW 330i in Beverstone Road, South Cerney.
