A GROUP of travellers appeared in the Brewery Court and Beeches Road car parks in Cirencester over the weekend.
Police received a report of the group and Cotswold District Council, which is responsible for the car parks said it is aware of the matter.
Claire Locke, head of environmental services, at Cotswold District Council, said: “The Council appreciates that this has reduced the availability of spaces for parking and the we aim to resolve this situation as soon as possible. The car park remains open to the public, and we have also arranged for Beeches season ticket holders to use The Waterloo car park as an alternative until Saturday 27 June should they wish to do so.”
