SIX more people have been arrested in connection with a stabbing in Swindon at the weekend.

An 18-year-old man was taken to hospital with multiple stab wounds following a large fight, which broke out in Bowleymead during the early hours of June 13.

Last night, two men aged 19, were arrested on suspicion of attempted murder.

Four others, including two 19-year-old women and two men aged 21 and 23 were also arrested on suspicion of assisting an offender.

They remain in police custody at this stage.

These six arrests bring the total up to ten arrests made in relation to this case at the weekend.
