JASON Daniels will appear at Gloucester Crown court on May 8 where he will say whether he is guilty or not guilty of drug and assault charges he is accused of.
It is alleged that Mr Daniels, 43, assaulted a man with a chair while he was on the floor as well as three women in Cirencester's , Mad Hatter Wine Bar in September 2014.
He has also been accused of conspiracy to supply cocaine between April 16 and September 4 last year.
