A TEAM of business professionals in Cirencester have launched an “innovative” new service with the aim of helping start-up firms reach the top of their game.

Conceptualise was founded by businessmen Nigel Chute and Simon May only last week, and already the online service is receiving some high praise.

The website features a team of 10 Cotswold individuals all offering a specific skill, such as photography, graphic design, or web development, to clients who need extra help bringing their idea or business forward.

“There is a whole lot to think about as a start-up business — I remember when I was one,” said Nigel Chute, who owns Chute Designs.

“You could risk going wrong.

"You’re usually under pressure for time and budget to get earning and get busy.

“We perform a due diligence.

"They could go through the yellow pages or something, but where do they start?

"Our clients have the benefit of a one-stop-shop.”

Simon May, of May Media, added: “These 10 people all know each other and all recommend each other — we have all worked together.”

The two men met at a Cirencester Chamber of Commerce meeting and have worked together throughout the years, often recommending each other’s services.

Now their scheme has launched, which overall has five members of the Chamber involved, the local entrepreneurs are seeing a lot more trade.

“The idea we could start something novel and innovative in Cirencester is exciting,” added Nigel.

“There are some lovely things in town, but perhaps people don’t expect this.”
