POPULAR Malmesbury woman Joan Hinwood has died aged 94.
Mrs Hinwood was born on May 13 1920 and had three children, six grandchildren and three great grandchildren with her husband Bob.
She lived in Malmesbury for more than 60 years and worked as a nanny before helping to set up the Foxley Road Nurseries in the town.
Her family described her as a tenacious woman and said the she would be missed by many people in the town.
Mrs Hinwood’s funeral will be held at 2.30pm in Malmesbury Abbey this Monday. All are welcome.
