ARTIST’S impressions of the Beefeater Grill restaurant and Premier Inn planned for Cirencester are now available online.
The former lorry park next to the Kingsmeadow roundabout in Cirencester was sold to hotel and restaurant company Whitbread by Cotswold District Council in October of last year.
Pictures of what the site may look like are now online and residents are being invited to give their opinions on the plans to the council.
The 1.5 acre site is to be developed as a Premier Inn and a Beefeater Grill restaurant and will create around 50 new jobs.
The old Greasy Joe’s cafe which closed in May last year will have to be demolished to make way for the 62 bed hotel and the restaurant which will serve up to 180 people.
To have your say comments must be submitted to Cotswold District Council before March 26, when this consultation will end.
