BURGLARS in Gloucestershire have ransacked a charity shop, depriving the charity of funding equivelant to a day's cancer treatment.
Police are asking witnesses to come forward after someone broke into the Sue Ryder Shop at Edinburgh Place in Cheltenham between 5pm on Saturday and 10.40am on Sunday.
A PlayStation was taken from the window display and the damage to the glass door runs into hundreds of pounds and will cost as much as a day of palliative nursing at their hospice.
Police would like to hear from anyone who saw anything suspicious in the area between the given dates and times, they are asked to contact the police via 101.
