Jason Daniels will face assault and criminal damage charges in a trial at Cheltenham Magistrates Court on June 5.
Daniels, of Querns Road, faced the charges at the same court today but the case was adjourned to the new date.
The charges are in relation to an incident which occurred on the morning of Friday, January 23 this year.
It is alleged that Daniels, 43, damaged a wood panel covering the window of a house in Austin Road, Cirencester and punched a 22-year-old man, causing to him to suffer bruising to the head.
