A RELAY from Lands End to London to draw attention to the county’s housing crisis will pass through Cirencester.
The “Homes for Britain” campaign, which calls to end the housing crisis within a generation, is passing a baton (a key) from Housing Association to Housing Association all the way to Westminster for Wednesday.
March 17. A lack of affordable homes and rapidly rising house prices are seen as the main problems.
The baton (the key) will pass through Cirencester Housing Association in Bibury on Friday March 6, before it is passed on to Cottsway Housing Association in Witney.
Currently, 11 affordable homes are being built in Bibury.
