SUPERDRY'S parent company has dismissed its chief financial officer after it was revealed he was personally bankrupt.
SuperGroup Plc, the parent company which owns clothing brand Superdry, is based in Gloucestershire.
The company has announced that Shaun Wills has had to step down as chief financial officer and as a director of the company after it was made known that Mr Wills was made the subject of a personal bankrupty order on February 10 this year.
This is a personal matter, and SuperGroup has said it will not comment further, as the issue is unrelated to the company.
Nick Wharton, previously CEO of Dunelm Group plc, has been appointed as interim Chief Financial Officer with immediate effect from today.
