UNIVERSITY students arrested in connection with alleged serious sexual assaults in Cirencester will attend a police station next month to discover whether they will be charged.
The three men, all aged 20 and students at the Royal Agricultural University (RAU) at the time, were arrested on May 25 last year for allegedly raping two women and seriously sexually assaulting a third woman.
The alleged offences were said to have taken place on May 23, the night of the university's May Ball.
The men were released on bail after being arrested but have now been ordered to attend Cirencester police station on March 13 to find out whether they will face charges.
The three alleged victims were aged 19, 20 and 21 at the time.
Shortly after the incident, a spokesman for the RAU said the three arrested students had been suspended from the university.
