JASON Daniels will be facing drugs charges alongside his father and a Gloucester man at Gloucester Crown Crown Court on Friday.
Daniels, of Querns Road is accused of conspiracy to supply cocaine, while his father Michael Daniels, aged 66, of Lawrence Road,is also accused of conspiracy to supply cocaine.
Appearing alongside the father and son is Martin Elroy Anderson, of Jasmine Close, Gloucester, who also faced a charge of conspiracy to supply cocaine and £6,600 which was criminal property.
The three originally appeared at Cheltenham Magistrates Court in November to face the charges.
Here the men did not enter a plea and Magistrate Natalie Hunt referred the case to the crown court.
