MIRACLE baby Freddie was one of 13 New Year’s Day deliveries to arrive at Gloucestershire Royal Hospital.
Freddie Goff was born at 12.51pm on Thursday, three weeks early, weighing 5lbs 4 1/2oz.
Proud dad Christopher Goff, who lives in Northfield Close, Tetbury, told the SNJ that Freddie was his and wife Courtney’s ‘miracle’ baby.
“We were told we wouldn’t be able to have children but after four years of trying a long came our little miracle,” he said.
“And now it’s even extra special that he was early and born on New Year’s Day.”
Stroud women Laura King and Carly Dupont both gave birth to girls at Gloucestershire Royal’s maternity ward.
Sadly there were no New Year’s babies at Stroud Maternity Unit this year.
