The scene this morning
A LORRY skidded off the road and knocked down a tree earlier this morning - causing hold-ups.
A Cullimore lorry slid off the A4135 between Dursley and Tetbury, knocked over a tree which then blocked the road, causing delays to traffic.
The driver was left shocked but uninjured. Members of the public waiting in queues of traffic helped the driver out the vehicle.
A team showed up with a saw to cut branches and removed the tree from the road.
Traffic is now returning to normal.
