A CIRENCESTER shop owner is asking keen knitters to bring in any hats and scarves they have knitted to donate to Operation Christmas Child.
Deb Richardson of Three Sheep Wools is inviting people who want to get involved to call into her shop at anytime and knit with her.
The deadline for knitted goods to be dropped off to Joan Townsend who is organising the South Cerney Operation Christmas Child is Friday, November 7 and Deb is hoping to be able to add her haul of hats and scarves on Thursday, November 6.
Operation Christmas Child sends shoeboxes of essentials to needy children around the world.
As well as this Deb is selling a selection of her woollen creations in the shop for £2, ranging from tiny sweaters to decorative snowflakes with proceeds going to the Midlands Air Ambulance Charity.
For more information, phone Three Sheep Wool on 01285 643345 or visit Deb in the Wool Market.
