TWO men from Dudgrove, near Fairford, have denied stealing industrial skips and are to be tried at Gloucester crown court in the New Year.
Keith Mileham, 32, and David Ham, 37, both of the Old Dairy, Dudgrove Lane, pleaded not guilty today to theft of two skips from Sita Waste on May 5 2014.
Mileham also denied theft of a skip belonging to Universal Recycling on March 23 this year.
Recorder Roger Climie bailed them both pending a case management hearing on January 16 followed by trial at a later date.
