New University of Third Age for Malmesbury

ANEW University of the Third Age (U3A) will be launched later this month in Malmesbury.

The self help organisation, which provides educational, creative and leisure opportunities for retired and semi-retired people to learn together, already has more than 900 groups across the country, including Cirencester and Chippenham.

Members use their own skills and experience to organise lectures and activities in a wide range of subjects. No qualifications are needed or awarded.
