A CIRENCESTER teenager has had to visit hospital after an attack in Cirencester skate park.
Between 7.30pm and 8pm on the night of September 2 a large group of strangers entered the skate park and began verbally abusing young skaters.
One teenager, who had been skating with his friends, stood up to the group before being punched to the ground and kicked repeatedly by the other troublemakers.
The 17-year-old victim received injuries leaving him with a swollen left cheek and went to Cirencester hospital for treatment following the attack.
The attacker who threw the first punch is described as a white man in his 30s or early 40s who was around 5”8 tall. He was wearing dark blue jeans and a white t-shirt.
Police have logged the crime as actual bodily harm, enquiries are ongoing but no arrests have yet been made.
