ANOTHER Cirencester business has given their boss the ice bucket treatment in aid of the Motor Neurone Disease Association.
Steve Whitcombe, store director of Gardiner Haskins Homecentre in Cirencester, took the ice bucket challenge after being nominated by staff member Heather Arthurs.
The challenge was created to raise awareness and funds for motor neurone disease and has been taken by celebrities, groups and individuals all over the world, raising over $50million for research into the condition.
Heather took the challenge in the car park the day before and nominated Steve simply because he was the boss.
She added: “He doesn’t realise how wet he’s going to get!”
Steve reluctantly took a seat and then a thorough soaking from two huge buckets of water thrown by the shop’s staff.
