BRADON Forest School pupils got the best ever GCSE results in the history of the school with 62 per cent of students achieving the government’s gold standard of 5 A* to Cs.
There was several notable individual achievements with 21 students gaining eight or more A to A* grades.
Headteacher, Andrew Morrison, said: “These results represent the culmination of a huge amount of hard work from students and staff supported by parents and carers. It is great to see our students being so successful. As we move forward at Bradon Forest I look forward to seeing more records broken in years to come.”
Bradon Forest’s record results follow a positive Ofsted report in May which highlighted the substantial improvements that have been implemented by a new Leadership Team during the last twelve months.
