Trailer stolen in Stow on the Wold
GLOUCESTERSHIRE Police have put out an appeal for witnesses following the theft of a trailer from a farm in the Stow on the Wold area.
The Williams trailer, and its contents of hay bales, was seen being towed by a silver Mercedes E class saloon.
It was then later seen being towed by a black 4x4. The theft occurred between 1030am and 1230pm on July 4 A police spokesman said a hay bay then fell off the trailer but the car did not stop.
If anyone saw either a silver Mercedes E class or a black 4x4 towing a trailer with hay bales on it, contact the police on 101, quoting incident reference number 162 of July 4.
