IT HAS been confirmed that a man who dropped dead at the Royal International Air Tattoo weekend earlier this month died of a cardiac arrest.

The 60-year-old man was thought to be working as a night warden at a campsite near the Spotted Cow pub in Marston Meysey during the weekend of the popular air show based in Fairford.

Police and paramedics were called to the scene at 5.45pm on Saturday, July 12 after receiving calls that the man had suffered a cardiac arrest.

He was confirmed dead when the emergency services arrived.
