BT engineers working to fix mysterious Tetbury phone line fault
SCORES of people in the Tetbury area have been unable to use their phone lines since the start of the weekend due to a mysterious fault.
BT engineers are currently investigating the problem and it is not clear when the phone lines will be restored.
A BT spokesman said: “Openreach is in Tetbury today (July 24), and is finding out what repairs are needed. These faults are regrettable but the engineers are working hard to detect the cause of this problem and repair it as soon as possible.”
