Firefighters battle kitchen fire at Brinkworth
FIREFIGHTERS from Malmesbury were called out in the early hours after a fan caught fire in a kitchen at Brinkworth.
The brigade was alerted after fire alarms were set off at 3.10am. An electrical fault in the desk fan, thought to have been switched off at the time, is believed to be an electrical fault.
Crews managed to contain the blaze to the kitchen.
