A MALMESBURY man accused of being involved in the trade in hard drugs has appeared before a Crown Court judge.

Kyle Brace, 20, of Athelstan Road, is said to have had heroin and cocaine with intent to supply on January 14 and February 6.

No charges were formally put to him when he appeared at Swindon Crown Court on Friday and he did not enter any pleas.

Recorder Maria Lamb adjourned the case to September 26 and released him on conditional bail until then.
