A CAR left the scene of an accident without stopping, after breaking a man's leg.
Police are appealing for information after the car drove away from the scene in Cheltenham, near St Paul's Tavern pub on St Paul's Road.
The incident happened at around 12am on Sunday, June 29.
The vehicle, a silver hatchback car, possibly a Ford Focus, hit a pedestrian, a 48-year-old Cheltenham man, breaking his leg.
He was taken to Gloucestershire Royal Hospital by ambulance for treatment.
Officers would like to speak to anyone who may have been in the St Pauls’ Road/St Paul’s Street North area at the time and witnessed the incident.
If anyone does have information they should contact Gloucestershire Police on 101, quoting incident number 5 of June 29.
