THE ROYAL Agricultural University is launching a two year Masters programme in conjunction with the Manav Rachna International University (MRIU) to help launch careers in the global real estate industry.
The first year is spent in the UK where students will study for MSc International Real Estate from the RAU.
Students will then complete their studies with a second year in India, before gaining an MRIU award of MBA International Real Estate.
Professor Ali Parsa, Dean of the School of Real Estate and Land Management, said: “With the launch of this programme, the School of Real Estate and Land Management and the RAU would be training an elite who will play a strategic role in the leadership of the real estate industry in India.”
Iain Butler, senior lecturer and course manager for MSc International Real Estate at the RAU, commented: "Our experience of successfully running the Masters in International Real Estate in Hong Kong, is a solid indicator that this course has global relevance."
Teaching will focus on the valuation, acquisition, sale, letting, development and management of property interests, and the relevant law and practice underpinning these functions.
