COTSWOLD residents with housing, debt and benefit problems can now get help and advice from a national charity.

With offices at 45 Dyer Street, Cirencester and on the upper floors of Windrush, Moreton-in-Marsh, P3 (People, Potential, Possibilities) is ideally situated to offer advice to people across the district.

Service coordinator Stuart Allen, said: “People can either visit our drop-ins for one-off advice or they can apply to be allocated a dedicated support worker who helps resolve a wide range of problems.

“I would urge people, who need housing-related support, to contact us because our holistic and non-judgemental service can help anyone.”

Gloucestershire County Council has contracted the organisation to provide community-based support. Services include assistance with attaining independence, accessing community groups and entering education or training.

P3 holds drop-ins at its Cirencester office from 9.30am to 12.30pm on Monday, Wednesday and Friday and from 4pm to 7pm on Tuesdays. P3’s Moreton office holds drop-ins from 9am to noon every Monday, Tuesday and Friday and from 3.30pm to 6.30pm on the second and fourth Thursday of every month.

P3 also runs an adult crafts workshop from 10am on Thursdays at The Congregational Church Hall, Oxford Street.

People seeking advice can telephone P3’s Cirencester office on 01285 652340 and its Moreton office on 01608 653377, or email cotswoldscbs@p3charity.org.
