THE Cotswold Show is less than two weeks away, yet more surprises are still in store for visitors.

Families can enjoy a interactive cake decorating demonstration run by a Relish pastry chef and even try their hand at decorating a cake of their own.

Somewhere Else in Cirencester will be rustling up dishes for the audience to taste. Supported by BITE in association with the Cotswold Table and Taste of the West, the show is bringing visitors three joined marquees of food and drink stands, for the first time this year.

As well as tables of local produce, the British Association for Shooting and Conservation (BASC) Taste of Game will be creating original game recipes for visitors to try including hot sausages and burgers, curry and stroganoff and a popular pheasant tapas.

Alongside the food festival, the show will also be welcoming the popular Monster Truck display, the Shetland Pony Grand National and the falconry village.

The Cotswold Show is on Saturday, July 5 and Sunday, July 6.
