FINAL year Royal Agricultural University student Deborah Bryant-Pearson was honoured by the Royal Institute of Chartered Surveyors (RICS) for her exceptional work on her BSc (Hons) Property Agency and Management course.
Deborah was selected by the university as the overall winning student on the undergraduate, RICS accredited courses offered at the RAU.
She was presented with her certificate at the RICS South West Awards ceremony on Thursday 15 May at the Grand Hotel in Bristol by Tim Davis, the RICS South West Regional Board chairman.
Angela Cropley, Deputy Dean of the School of Real Estate and Land Management (RELM) at the RAU, said: “Debbie has worked exceptionally hard this year, and has been able to balance commitment to high academic performance with a demanding role as Joint Chair of our Real Estate Society. She deserves her success.”
